vacate tenants

We have two shops at the ground floor of our residence. These shops are given on rent by my late grandfather long ago(around 35 years back). and i dont have lease agreement. what action should i take to vacate them

Hello,

Things would have been much easier if there was some kind of written agreement. But since there is none so can go ahead to show that they are permissive possessor. As by more then 12 or more year of regular possession they will gain a ownership over the property. So permissive possession and possession with intervention has to be shown in eviction suit.
