Dear Sir,

My grand mother(widowed) has wested property from my grandfather.before death of grandmother she did a pending registration of land property to the person(he is son of my aunty).after she died (later 2 years).after death date of grandmother.the person and registar office people jointly created some illegal actvitys.hence old pending registration is declared to perminent registration.when I noticed after applied EC documents of land property.in the EC clearly new registration date is after death of persons date. with valid registration number. Please suggest how do we approach to cancell the illegal registration
