:( u r now too late for the application procedure…in fact u cn send emails from now onwards for the intern in the months of may-june-july-august… for jan i wud suggest tht just consult ur fellow mates n just get the numbers of the firms or advocates whr they r goin to do intern n try ur luck by calling them…its not a issue tht u r frm a lawyer family or not…just b cool…is baar nahi milegi to koi nai…just start applying for the months of june-july etc…

I am a mediocre BALLB student awaiting result of my final semester studying in a State university of India. The greatest turn-off in my career is that due to lack of personal awareness and adequate institutional exposure I could not undergo any ‘legal internship’ till date. As such, being on the verge of graduation without any relevant experience, I find myself ‘amidst the sea’(nowhere). On the other hand, I am quite interested in Corporate law and want to work with prominent law firms in New Delhi. But taking my experience into account, I am afraid if any recruiter of a law firm would bear with my ordinary CV to provide me an internship. Hence i am scared and frustrated. Could you please advice me how to start my legal internship journey(preferably in Delhi) and apply to which firms initially?

PLEASE HELP ME OUT. I am in deep deep trouble.
