I book a floor at faridabad in BPTP Park 81 project.Dealer has given 5% Discount on BSP and issue three post dated cheques. And Ist cheque dt 24.11.2009 was dishounered by bank due to Insuffaicent Fund. atfer bounce cheque the dealer not entertain me.

kindly advise me

Proceed with notice for cheque bouncing, followed by a complaint, suit for recovery, etc. First and foremost, get a good lawyer for yourself.
