Dear Sir,

I have given my property on rent in Mar 2011 and on verbal commitment tenant has agreed to vacate house if my brother marriage shall be organised.

Ihave infomred him in July 2011 & marriage is in Feb2012.

He is refusing to vacant my house.No rent agreement has been prepared. He is paying amount in my accoutn since march that is a evident I have
