Our house rented out about 3yrs back-no rent received.Filed case for vacation.finally court has given the decree for vaction. still tenant not vacated, now we have to apply for eviction order based on the
decree.How long this will take to get the order.what is the procedure to follow .can somebody enlighten
on this matter.

Can you tell me when did you file the case? I wanted to know how long it took the eviction to happen on the respect of non payment of rent.
