accident

hello thr a friend of mine met with an acccident whr d byk was own by othr person he hit d person who was in hospital n cured him n thn thr was a case he got bail certain section were putted on him he got the bail whn he presented to pilice station n court now whts d procedure both party agree to finish d case. so in future is he liable to go out of india or for job change any chances he would face problems due to this?..

if case got finis=h… he will be free tto move outside…

Firstly if both parties agree to go for a compromise then the case should be withdrawn from the court on a request from both parties. Further directions would have to be taken from the criminal court, where the trial was being carried, for quashing of the FIR. If suitable directions are given by the criminal court, then, upon a request by the party seeking to go out of India, or by both parties jointly, the FIR can be taken off the record by the police, on the ground of the withdrawal of the complaint, and, the directions of the court. If the FIR is put off the record, then in future, your friend will not face any problems in going abroad.
