Dear Sir,

I gave the 5 lacks rupees cash to one builder as a advance money of one flat.He promissed to give the recipt in next day.In next day when i reached his office i got replied that Sir is out of office for a week.After two month of followup i told to returned money .He told me go to my office and take the check.

His employe has given me the persanol check of 5 lack rupees of dated 6 june 2011.

In between i transfered from delhi to mumbai they got this information after this i bounced the same check 5 times when they told me . 6 June 2011 ,20 june 2011, 24 august 2011 ,

8 september 2011 and 22 september 2011.

When ever i told me i m going to file a case they deposit some partial amount in my account till now they deposit 2 lacks rupees but now i am vey frustated and want to file a FIR and case against them.

Kindly advice can I send the notice to builder (who has taken the money) or the person who has given the check or both of him.

Kindly help.
