Dear Sir,

My name Dhaval Patel and I am from Ahmedabad. My father had bought house in year 1995. The sale deed was with Stamp duty Valuation Office. Today we wanted to get a loan against this property to start my new business. When we went to the office and asked for the original copy to get back, after making little effort, they had told the original is not traceable and will be sent to you whenever we will find it. No one knows what time will it take.

Is there any other option to have that certified Sale Deed which is recognized by the bankers? We are having the true copy of the same with me.

Please help me in the matter.
