I am a bank Manager . I had disbursed a housing loan from branch Ranchi . The single house was to be constructed on four plots under plot no 69A,69B,69C,69D as per the approved plan . Somehow we failed to notice plot no 69 A,and 69D and Equitable mortgage was created only for two plots 69 B,69 C .

95% of the house is constructed on the plot 69B,69C which is mortgaged to us however little portion of the house is also constructed on plot no 69 a and 69 d and both this plots not mortgaged to us and now it is not possible to get this two plots .

Will the bank face any difficulties in enforcing the mortgage right to sell the property just because a little portion of the house is not mortgaged to us.
