I am a student in an Indian school in U.A.E.

As far as I know, the following colleges offer seats in the NRI category-

Symbiosis, Pune

GNLU, Gujarat

ILS, Pune

Amity, Noida

Are above correct and are there any additions to this?

Also, how would you rank the above mentioned colleges?
