Branch office signboard....Does it neccesarily need to hav the name of Head Office...????????

Does a branch office established or opened at any place need to have the name of head office on its board or papers …Is it a compulsion on the part of branch office to have the name of head office … Does it comes under the Shops and Establishment act…under which section is it governed…or does come under the Companies Act …again undfer which section is it governed..!!!

Hi,,, it is compulsory to display the Head office adress in branch office. As per Companies act every branch office should have these details displayed in the display area.

Similary in case of labour audit, the commissioner emphasise on such ddisplay under estabilishment act.
