my father had purchased a plot 42 years back and since then nobody has taken care of it.after his death,my mother who is a legal heir wants to get back the property which is registered on his name.i have recently visited the place and some other person has constructed on that plot area and claims it to be his property.before approaching the court i would like to know our chances of winning the case against the person..kindly need more information on this
