agricultural land

I want to enter my name in 7/12 documnent of agicultural land belonging to my late father. however i we have not paid any revenue taxes for past 25 years as we were away from the place. How much it will cost to enter my name in form VI, the dues with penalty?
Please give me rough amount. the land is nearly 10 acre in maharashtra.

you can still go ,visit talasildar office and pay the taxes for last 25 years. i will be very nominal compare to your land price. This is very important to claim ur as owner of land.
712 is main document and legal proof under section 157 of Mahasul law.
ensure you get ur latest 7/12 up to date every year.
