can anyone tell me somthing about the new VC of HNLU??Prof Sukhpal Singh..is he any good??will the institute make any progress under him??please give your inputs..

I am a student of the institution which is a subject to tour query. HNLU did not have a proper VC for more than a year starting from 2009 to mid 2010. Then we had Prof Paramjit Singh Jaswal who proved to be nothing more than a master of rhetorics. Now we have Prof Dr SP Singh from BHU, which is India’s one of the most prestigious Universities established by Madan Mohan Malviya. He is very docile indeed but is really strict. One percent less attendance and you are barred from the examination no matter how good results you have throughout the semester. He has promised to make the University the best in the country and we have nothing more than waiting for it to happen. He has promised to get good professors from this sem onwards and the process is underway. In a period of 1 month since he has come he has at least tried to do a lot of good work and he might not look as dynamic as Ranbir Singh or MP Singh but he is a hard worker and honest which we have seen and heard too.
