Supreme Court Verdict on Treatment of Accident Victims

This qouted text dialog has been doing the rounds

” Supreme Court has announced now that any person who meets with a road accident can be taken To nearby hospital immediately. Hospital must not ask For police report To admit him, its doctor’s duty To do 1st aid. Police can be informed later. I was wondering if anyone here can put validity onto this and give the case name please?
