A)what are the different types of Village properties? farm land, house in village,barren land

B)what are the different types of City properties?

-what are the important documents to show the validity of ownership upon city properties corporation sites,apartment,villas,cooperative society sites,developed land into township etc.(property tax,Registration documents,family tree, receipts,electricity bill, gas connection,water bill,phone connection etc) how to know its validity.
