Are there any laws in Indian that prohibit you from recording your own mobile phone conversation with another party without their consent?

There are no provisions against this as of July 2014. You are able to record calls that are made to and from your device(s) without the other party’s consent. However, you will need to provide proper paperwork to present this as evidence in the court of law if you wish to do so.
