Hi , I am working in a MNC, on joining date 2-2-2010 i signed a service agrrement of not leaving the company before 2 years. Now i want to leave the company for future studies and the agreement which i signed was not a legal document, they were just on a simple A4 sheets. Though we were given legal documents to get it signed by myself as well as by my guranter after few days of joining. I didnt signed that and never submitted it to the company , however HR was in misconception that i have submitted it. In simple word, i never signed any legal paper. Now When I am leaving the company I doubt that they will not give me a work-ex certificate coz they knew I have a bond with company. Please help me and clarify the doubt.
