NLS Guwahati ??

Some one told me that NLS Guwahati is coming up this year. Any confirmation regarding this?? I found out these two links which mentions it to be Assam Judicial Academy & National Law School:

The question should not be if the new National Law School is being established or not. Rather it should be, as to who is heading it and what the quality would amount to!
