Both VHP and AIMPLB are planning to appeal against the Allhabad High Court judgment on Ayodhya issue. Meanwhile, one Special Leave Petition has been filed by Udit Raj, the Chairman of Buddha Education Foundation and All India Confideration of SC/ST Organisation on 6th January 2011 before the Supreme Court against the Ayodhya judgment of Allahabad High Court claiming that a Buddhist Monastry (Buddha Bihar)existed at the site of Babri mosque and hence the disputed land at Ayodhya should be handed over to the Buddhist Follower. At present Allahabad High Court judgement is in Force.
