litigation without LLB

Hi…

I wanted to know if anybody can litigate or takeup judicial exams without a basic LLB degree? what i mean here is, one has a not done his LLB but has a foreign LLM accepted in India! can he start litigation in India??? will he be allowed to take up the Bar exams????

well… i ve found de answer myself.. Nd its a NO!! but its really sad dat No one tried to answer it here… i think dat dis forum shd be more active n needs some counsellors… it ll help a lot :)
