1. Pending litigations filed by and against the company (whether the court needs to be intimated?).

2. Existing arbitration proceedings.

3. PAN Card Number

4. TIN Number

5. Bank accounts (whether another account needs to be opened or it can be continued in the same name).

6. Income Tax Authorities

7. Sales Tax Authorities

8. Labour related registrations.
