Firstly, a very happy new year to you and to everyone at legallyindia!

Well, NIOS is a recognized Government of India Board of Education. So, as per the concerns, the same category of eligibility of 45% should apply to students of this board.

On the aspect of regarding the quality of CNLU, i would not brag about it. Please do aim for the higher ranked National Law Schools, particularly the Bangalore to Jodhpur one’s.

Beyond this, a private law school in the ranks of Symbi, Amity, Army and Christ would be a better choice.

this is shrany,iam studying inter 2nd yr,ANDHRA PRADESH and iam a CLAT ASPIRANT,iam striving hard to crack CLAT,but i dont have proper guidance,as i live in a small town,i dont have much facilities i.e Important books,study materials, coaching institutions etc.

is there any subject-wise cut-off in CLAT?

is there any negative marking?

how much marks to be obtained to get seat in NALSAR UNI??

is coaching is compulsory to crack CLAT or else we dont get seat??

but here are the answers to the rest of your questions:

NO, there’s no negative marking.

The last year cut off for NALSAR was around 160 (out of 200)

And regarding your coaching doubt.. umm… I dont really know. I guess it depends upon u. I’ve encountered many students cracking CLAT without any coaching. However, there are many who didnt make it even after 1 year of coaching!!!

A lot of guys at legally India have suggested me that it’s good to work on your own, enroll to a correspondence program as their materials and mocks are helpful. And if possible, join a 1 month crash course in the month of march or april.

Keep urself up with current affairs.

And it will be better if you start a new thread on this topic.

Clat does not have any specific minimum requirement in any one particular area of the paper.

It is the overall score that you manage that matters!
