If you dont attend the lectures do they allow us to appear for ur semester?

I’m doing 3rd BSL LLB at DES Law College. List of students with their attendance in percentage have been put up. Mine is 35%, it’s low. Any idea what should I do because with number of days left in this semester, I wont be able to make it to 75%. Also, what am I suppose to do when my hall ticket is withheld?
