I have signed a service agreement for 2 years with a IT organisation on a Rs.100/- Non Judicial Stamp paper and the value of the agreement is Rs. 2 lacs. I entered into this agreement on 29th October 2010. My profile was techno functional. At the time of the interview i was told that i will be given adequate training and when i had joined, with in 10 days i was sent to Udaipur for a project which was about for 4 to 6 months,and the person over there was supposed to give me training for a month but later on he decided to complete the training with in just 10 days itself and that to it was not given in a proper manner. The person over there was also very rude and apart from that the work was pure technical and i was told that it would be a techno functional i.e 50-50 ratio. I some how managed to come back from Udaipur and i have decided to leave the company. I have not received any salary also. I wanted to know what are the legal complications involved and do i need to hire any lawyer for it
