What shoud be the solution to the “Crimes of Honour Killing” which are gradually increasing in our democratic country?

Let me start with the discussion…
These are the crimes committed by the families when any act hurts the honour of their family…These are the crimes which must be taken for serious consideration by the Indian Judiciary and the Government of India to pass a law to curb these crimes…which are appreciable by the society at large.
If these crimes can’t be stopped and no law is promulgated against such crimes of violence…no one is going to prevent such gruesome crimes of honour killing. Usually, Judiciary discusses the aspects of such crime but is not able to make any law, any way.
I would like to request, on behalf of people of the country, the Indian Judiciary and Government of India to take serious concern on such matters to curb criminals to commit such henious crimes in the society…They should make a law which protects the society from commission of such crimes in future.
LASTLY I WOULD LIKE TO QUOTE ON BEHALF OF PEOPLE & SOCIETY: “PEOPLE CAN APPEAL & THE JUDICIARY & THE GOVERNMENT CAN MAKE EFFORTS.”
