Practice of UK Qualified Lawyer in India
29 Sept 2010, 13:56
I wish to know that if a UK Qualified lawyer (Non-India)(Barrister at law)settles down in India due to marriage, can he/she practise before any courts in India? If not, any route is open for him/her?
