Hidayatullah National Law University warmly extends its invitation of participation in the 3rd Justice Hidayatullah Memorial National Moot Court Competition to your esteemed institution. Hidayatullah National Law University in association with Competition Commission of India and All India Bar Association is pleased to announce that the Competition will be held from 22nd to 24th October, 2010.

The Competition has the distinction of being India’s premier Competition Law Moot. The objective of Justice Hidayatullah Memorial Moot Court Competition is to promote a better understanding of competition law among law students in India. This moot court during its past two editions has provided opportunities to the Mooting enthusiasts across the country to get a better understanding of competition law in India through interaction with various academicians and experts in the field.
