It is immense pleasure on our side to inform you that the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab is going to release a student edited fortnightly e-research journal titled “ADVOCACY: Vistas for arguing law”. We cordially call research papers or articles from you. The relevant details about the journal is given below:

Object of the Journal

In the present times when legal industry is growing at an exponential rate, there is a need for quick resources which provide legal updates and knowledge for the law students for better career ahead in life. This e-research journal is dedicated to bring new angles to see the law. We appreciate innovations. Hence the aim of the journal is to publish innovative article/essays on burning issues. We believe in the research which frames the law.

Submission Guidelines

We will appreciate the submission of your research work under the following categories.

1. Guest Articles. – The section invites various legal experts, Advocates, learned professors and lecturers of various law schools to comment and share their views on important aspects of law. The submissions from the students are not accepted in this section. Page limit for this section is 2-4 pages.

2. The Comment on any important recent cases from any of national or international stature can be submitted. Through the month- This section gives insight to latest Supreme Court decisions with opinions. Maximum page limit for this section is 3 pages.

3. Essay section- This section would be for students pursuing law from any university or college. The essay would be selected by panel of editors. The page limit for this section is 4 pages.

Font Type: Ariel / Times New Roman

Font Size: 12

Spacing: 1.5

Alignment: Justified

Margins: Left 1.5 Imch and Right 1.0 inch, Top 1 inch bottom 1 inch
