Dear Mr. Kapil,

Please do the following.

1. Ensure a Roznamcha Entry in the Polic Station of your Jurisdictiction.

2. make a Publication in the Local Newspaper regarding loss of Documents.

3. write a letter to concerned Builder and inform him of the loss of Original Allocation Letter etc. and ask the Builder to ensure that no action is taken by them if anyone else approaches them for any further action. enclose copy of Roznamcha entry and Newspaper Cutting with that letter.

4. also ask him to issue Duplicate Allotment Letter Cum Allocation Letter.

hope it will suffice ur anxiety
