The case is complicated for me as I am in my first year. But the facts in short are: ‘A’ company made a contract with ‘B’ company, an Share Purchasers Agreement which stated that seven days after the completion of certain tasks all the 100% equity shares would be ‘B’s. But the competition act comes out and if it applies to this case it will take months to sell the shares. So among other issues, does it apply?
