its worth giving death sentence…as in most of the cases it rest to 14 years with the conduct of accused…if the offence was so severe that court find death sentence reasonable then good behaviour should not be the only ct=riteria to reduce it…i think it should be abolished

it is completely a different issue…
matter is decided based on the facts and evidences that are available at that point of time…not on the future assumption…
