Hi please guide me.

I am a Law graduate passed out in year 2003 , however after an internship of close to 2 years part time , i got an offer from an MNC related to investigation research , but remotely related to legal cases, i further went on to handling compliance issues , now after 5 years I want to get back to either working in an LPO or law firm wherein I can use my legal research skills ,kindly guide me both on if I should join as trainee or experienced and whome can I approach , I am from Bangalore.
