i am 70 years old . i had given my property to my brother for

doing business. the property is in my name , khata and tax is being paid by me .

but now my brother tells that property belongs to him by adverse possesion. how can he claim it.

my brother has stayed there for 42 years. i have no rental agrremnent and i have not collected any rent.

all business records ar in his name for 42 years

is there any rule in karnataka
