hey i m a also a student of law and doing pursuing my bba llb course with a registered student of company secretaries of India, you are correct dat it is very difficult to do both of them simultaneously but if you want to have an extra edge from your competitors you have to put some extra efforts it will help you a lot.

hi guys, not much as tough, if yo do both courses together. The CS course is just about same with law course. The difference is in LLB course we don’t have Inocme Tax, Accounts and SEBI subject, but if you are from Commerce Background, you can easily bone up with all these subject.
But yeah CS would Add-up star in your profile with Law.

Nope…Bar Council guidelines- only one degree is valid as both r professional courses, i.e., CS is not diploma or certificate course.

Would you mind telling us which guideline states so?

If we talk about the validity of degrees both are but to clear out the confusion, it is written BCI Rules that a man can practice either in the field of law or as a company secretary. hence a person can only practice one either he can register at bar or register as practicing company secretary but not both.
