Hey Guys,
Lawyers have been wearing the same dress for quite a long time…and i mean “quite a long time”…don’t u ppl think we need some renovation, some freshness , some new dress code…that may be appeal to the GenX…but at the same time make no compromise with the descency and honour of the Court.

i think the dress code is fine except the wearing of black coat should be made optional taking into consideration the hot and humid climatic condition in most part of India.
Yes, definitely a makeover is needed.i see lawyers wearing thick black coat at 48 degree temp, which is horrendous.
Indians have been copying english dress code, but have never considered the climate here which is not as cool as it is in uk.so a dress code of its own would be great.moreover,it would add to india’s own individuality as it has its own identity in the global market now.
