we have fty in fbd and the bank account starting from the of incorporation in fbd and we have filed two case agt the accused in fbd court where judge rejected the case saying u have to file the case in gurgoan and vikas puri delhi where banks of two different parties are so pl advise

whether it is reasonable that we have to go to different place sto our money back and if u judgement favourable to me pl send the same
