for a student from a non-national law school when is the right time to start interning?and how should one go about it since the college does not provide any instructions on it.

Follow the protocol which is instructed in a National Law University. First year- NGO, Second year- Trail court attorneys, Third year- High courts/Supreme courts, Fourth Year- Law firms
