Dear sir, My grandfather:karenayaka Sons 1)rangappa 2)gavi rangappa The property was in the name of my grand father, without partition it came my father’s name he sold that property to his younger brother gavi rangappa, first son who sold his property to his brother than later i came to know that without my signature my father as sold my grandfather property to his brother,i am the only girl to my father ,t now my father’s young brother not giving property to me pls reply,this property sold on 1987 when i was major,pls try is there any solution as per Hindu succession act 1956
