Are there specific regulations for EWS block within a private gated community in TN?
Kindly clarify what are the regulations for a Luxury Gated Community comprising of 25% units for Economically Weaker Section(EWS); it’s a mix of 75% row-houses & 25% apartment units.
- Are there any regulations / conditions on who can purchase those EWS units?
- Will it be treated as affordable housing under private partnership? and sold in open / prime market?
- Are there any regulations / clauses for the sale deed should include the specifications about EWS?
- Can those units be rented out?
- what are the regulations for resale of such units? who can buy those units on resale?
