The restrictions about websites are archaic and pointless and there are no rules to really regulate what you can do on Whatsapp or social media. What does this even mean? “getting their names published in newspapers with reference to conduct of cases”? Is the bar council upset that their own names are not mentioned enough? What world do they live in?
