AZB & Partners yesterday (9 June) moved to a new office in Noida from New Delhi, in a bid to provide additional space for existing and future staff.

The firm had been looking for a new office for two years and last year it found its new property in Noida’s commercial district, which is around 15km away from its former office in the heart of New Delhi.

One AZB source said: “[The New Delhi] office was bursting at the seams and people were sitting on top of each other. We had to move to a proper building and get a much larger space.”

It is understood that commercial premises in New Delhi were hard to come by and AZB opted for nearby Noida with its strong transportation links and lower prices.

The move was originally set to take place one week earlier on 1 June but was delayed because due to logistical issues.

AZB was unavailable for comment.
