3 SC registry contacts for holiday / late-night relief As first notified in a September registry circular, three additional court registrars have been designated as points of contacts for advocates “seeking relief in urgent matters either on court holidays or after court hours”. After “screening the papers”, the officials (Seema Rani Dua, Rita Chopra and Prem Kumar Bajaj) would contact judges and seek directions [SC notice and contact details]

SC Justice Gokhale matters re-scheduled Justice HL Gokhale’s matters, which were postponed because he was unavailable on the miscellaneous days of 2, 6, and 9 December, will now be re-allocated and listed for Monday 16, and Tuesday 17 December, with more details to be announced shortly [SC notice]

Very useful Kian..but don't do it just for DHC if you have to, do it for all HCs, maybe a consolidated list?

Are all the notices on the SC noticeboard useful though?

A lot are really random and only concern a single case or some such. Would you like us to post such ones up also, or to only cull out the more important ones?

Or perhaps a permanent area of the LI homepage where all the notices are displayed?
