MSM remains strangely silent on Justice RK Agrawal brain injury hospitalisation, day after SC elevation

Justice RK Agrawal, who was on 17 February elevated to the Supreme Court from being chief at the Madras high court, was hospitalised at AIIMS the following day after he slipped and fell at his residence, reported the Asian Age on Friday (21 February).

He suffered a traumatic brain injury but is now stable though ‘somewhat disoriented” and with “somewhat slow” responses, following the fall, according to doctors at the hospital who talked to the Age correspondent.

No other media outlet has reported further details on Justice Agrawal current state to date though several court sources have confirmed rumours that Agrawal was hospitalised but Legally India could not confirm further details at the time of going to press.
