Kirti Uppal has defeated incumbent Delhi High Court Bar Association (DHCBA) president Rajiv Khosla by nearly 300 votes in yesterday’s elections.
JP Sengh was voted in as the vice president, Amit Sharma the secretary, Mohit Gupta the treasurer and Amit Saxena the joint secretary.
Only advocates practising before the Delhi high court and not all Delhi advocates, were eligible to vote in yesterday’s DHCBA polls after Khosla lost his challenge to the one-bar-one-vote rule in the Delhi high court this month.
The full breakdown of votes is as follows:

- Kirti Uppal: 1818 votes
- Khosla: 1522 votes

- JP Sengh: 1303
- Jatan: 1102

- Amit Sharma: 1568

Treasurer:
