Bombay judge suspended for inappropriate & offensive staring at woman

Sessions court judge MT Gaikwad has been suspended in South Mumbai after a preliminary inquiry about a complaint from a female member of the court staff complained of his “inappropriate behaviour” - in particular, by staring at her in an offensive manner, reported the PTI. The preliminary inquiry was conducted by special judge SD Tulankar, with Gaikwad now facing a departmental inquiry.

Don't assume guilt on the part of the judge. There is no dearth of frivolous and motivated complaints as well! Also, I think it should be made mandatory to not to publish names of the accused in such cases until the guilt is proven conclusively, just as the name of the complainant is not disclosed!

I dont look at women in any manner these days.. Look up to the sky! You "see" them, its not good, you don't "see" them, its still not good!
