Pune to get Bombay High Court bench?

Pune could get a division bench of the Bombay High Court said law minister Veerappa Moily.

“There is a strong case for a bench and Pune deserves it. However, there is a process for this. Commencement of the bench has to be initiated by the HC and the state has to make the infrastructure available. The HC will assess the same and then decide. I will be the first person to sanction an HC bench for Pune and will speak to chief minister Prithviraj Chavan in this regard,” Moily told local Congress workers, according to the Times of India today.

The Pune Bar Association has been lobbying for a local bench and Moily reportedly said that he had “taken this seriously”, while also lobbying for votes in the next general election.

Sir,
Mr. Moily may forget his attractive speeches delivered in Sambalpur Bar Association (Orissa) which meant likely that "If there will be a Permanent Bench of High Courts in India then that will be at Sambalpur." May he have been forgotten but We cannot ? Howmuch , again airry speeches he would delivered to cheat the spectators ?
