Manisha Singh: Great synergy

Intellectual property (IP) firm LexOrbis, which set up a Bangalore office in April, has merged with local IP boutique Inolyst, which was set up by Dilip Kumar.

Kumar said in a press release: “This partnership is a validation to our efforts and commitment towards our customers and confirm our belief that the next frontier of IP generation will come from start ups and SMEs in India.”

“Together will build a strong value proposition to nurture innovations from India and support the Make in India theme. We will continue our work in supporting entrepreneurs and technology startups to help them create strong IP portfolio which complements their innovative products and build India and global IP strategies,” he added.

LexOrbis partner in charge Manisha Singh said she saw great synergy and future in the acquisition.

LexOrbis was set up in 1997, while Inolyst was set up in 2009.
