Counsel to Secure Justice (CSJ)

AZB & Partners Mumbai competition counsel Rahul Rai, who we had reported in February to have resigned from AZB’s partnership to take up an of counsel position at the firm, has joined the chambers of senior advocate Gopal Subramanium in Delhi last month, we understand from several sources.

The Project Director leads the Improving Access to Criminal and Restorative Justice for Child Sexual Abuse Survivors Project team and has operational and management responsibility for achieving Project results. The position reports directly the Managing Director. The position is based in Delhi, India and requires little to no travel outside Delhi.

The Senior Associate will serve as a full-time advocate and lead a team that handles child sexual abuse cases in Delhi. The position reports directly to the Director, Legal Interventions and is based in New Delhi, India.
